Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
That is it, just comply to their requirments, no payslips are not mandatory if the immigration officer is satisfied with your documents.

i ... thanks for ur replies ...
well i am worried after lot of refusals even with AEO in my post i had mentioned ...that in my documents update they asked for a lot of unusual documents ....not the regular like pcc update or foreign travel etc ...they asked for 3 letters in different manner to be written by me asking to explain how i got the job offer , how i perform my duties and how my education and experience was relevant in the industry i was being offered job in , etc full detail etc .. and also asked for all docs from my employer again which were given while applying AEO like tax returns, trading accounts , renewed job offer letter, and details to how i was found for the job and selected ... man .. so many docs ....... initially i had submitted all my passport and education certificates attested along with experience letter from company original with stamp signature and business cards .... letters veryfying my trade qualifications etc .... ielts my results were 7.5 8.5 7.5 8.5 , however after all this including AEO my points are excatly 67...... i have also visited canada to give in person job interview for my selection in the company last year and then they applied and approved AEO, that is also mentioned ....... one way it is good i feel they asked for more documents so they have not tossed the case out .... but again is it a good sign .... i have seen many refusals after meds and RPRF ... and my company has not been contacted in any manner to verify the documents or anything .... so i am more tensed .........
lets hope all goes well..... my meds went in starting of august ... and documents and RPRF went in 26th august (as per fedex delievery)... my 90 days deadline to submit RPRF and MEDS and DOCS was on 2nd sept ..... all theses docs took quiet some time to get from my employer in canada ... however they reached with in the dead line ........
i just hope all goes well.....please keep on commenting friends ... this forum is a ray of hope for all of us ......
thanks ....
kash.

Hi kash,
In my view you should not worry at all .As I believe that the IO must be having some doubts regarding your AEO so instead of just simply rejecting your case they ve provided you the opportunity to provide all the documents to clear their doubts, so you are quite lucky in this regard.
As far as not contacting your employer s concerned , I dnt think they contact every employer,(the HRSDC/CIC site also state tht the CHC MIGHT contact the employer) also you must ve provided them with all the documents of your employer which should be sufficent for them.Just relax n be positive, I hope soon you will get a positive decision abt your case.

Good Luck
