I have multiple hike letters and an offer letter that mentions my salary. Will it be enough along with my pay stubs?
My suggestion would be to give six months worth of payslips. Why six months? Because it matches what they ask for bank statements. It's tenuous logic, but the best I have

. Basically, if you don't have a perfect reference letter that spells out everything you need (hours, salary, start date, duties), then you need to get all the information together with other documents. As an added measure, I would explain what you did
To speculate a bit on why they ask for it - they just want to make sure it was a full time, proper job, with salary in line with what the job should command in the local market. So as long as the numbers are suspiciously low (or really high, in which case, well done!), I think this will get very little attention.
All the best!
