Are OWP for spouses processing?

We’ll be moving as a family and hopefully we’ll be getting the study permit soon. Has anyone heard about what’s going on with the OWP for the spouses?

That is so cool. I wonder if they will let the SOWPs through the border if they don’t have a job lined up, with a start date etc.
I mean, the study permits are allowed to actually enter if DLI on the list, but work permits are only allowed if they have a job offer right? Are SOWP an exception? This is all so complicated!

They are exempt. These was a person on the forum who got IRCC authorization letter in GC Key for her spouse. I imagine that once visa is stamped, this is when the spouse would get POE and the travel exception letter
