Dear All

Can any one tell ,are notarries at indian session courts are eligible to translate my documents in english .

They have to be Certified translators. Some Notary public are Certified translators but most of them are not. Check with them if they are Certified translators?

Yes the notary officials available at courts provide the facility of the translation and certify them. It is easily get translated in to English language.
 
as per my understanding the translator need not be a notary. Notary has no role.

The person (non - family member) who has translated has to sign the document and also file a affidavit.

The affidavit needs to be attested by Commissioner of Oath
