Hi All ,

I have got admission in internetworking for Jan2012 and going to apply in next 2-3 days . the questions in my head are :

1) How to make my case so strong and show them that I have very stron g ties with my country and I will return back .

2) i am showing my father as a sponsor . He is a business indivisual and currently holds $27.5 K in his business account. the tution is $23,100 . So is it enough ? and also should I write complete 2 years tution fee in the form or the fee for one year which would be near $13000

3) what are the chances of getting visa for internetworking prog at Dalhousie ? is it reputable enough ?

Thanks in advance

Well

For strong ties you need to present.

PRC and domicile of your father and your self
your father bank statement
Sponsor letter
your father current job status
your job status if you are doing any kind of job and your personal bank statement along with salary slips

Also keep in mind that the course you choose must be related to your field in which you have experience and your previous educational background must match with the course you are planning to attend.
And you need to show your complete fee's in form along with 1 YR living expenses.

Note one thing which is very important, when you apply for visa CHC need your family information, If you have more siblings then it might create problems in your sponsorship because technically they all have equal share in your father's earning so you can not use your father whole statement which is by the way equal to your fee's alone.

So my friend deal this issue technically and you might have a chance, usually what people do to avoid these type of clause is they show their own statement of six months.

Read more details on how to apply.......... http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5269E4.asp

Thanks Fahad for your reply

My all bro and sis are married except one bro. we are 7 in total , so does this effect ?

Secondly , My own bank statement hardly has $1000 lol ...so I dont think I can use this option . Also is it necessary to provide my salary slips etc as well since its not much if we convert it to $$ .

I have selected the program which is directly linked with my employment and also my employer has given me a letter that he will consider me on my return to Pak .

Now after considering the above things, what do u say to make my case more strong and also how much amount in $$ should I show to convince the VO . Thanks

Like I said before, all your siblings have equal share in your father earnings, So I advise you in order to avoid complications.
Transfer money in your account and show your own statement of 6 months min

Secondly the program which you selected needs to be match with your academic background also

Your total amount is OK.

@Fahad....

Bro please guide me what should I write in the visa form , there is a section in it which is asking me to write the tution fee and living expenses. Should I write total 2 years tution fee ($23000) and living expenses ($10000) in it or should I divide the fee by 2 and write ($12,500) as tution fee and $10000 as living ?? . If I write the complete tution fee and living expenses , then the funds shown in my account ($27500) would be less , and if I show them $12500+$10000 = $22,500 which is less than $27500 it would cover it . Kindly guide me in this. thanks
