But as per this website: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/mandate/policies-operational-instructions-agreements/public-policies/exempt-ime-2022.html Since it is officially signed as a policy by the Minister and should we meet the criteria I see no reason as to why they should ask to submit medical exam again. Of course, they have the discretion to request for a new one, but I feel they won't do so in most instances.
