Are FSW-O Applications frozen?

From what I gather here, the immitracker, and the IRCC status page about immigration processing, it seems like FSW-O applications are essentially frozen. Does that jive with what others are seeing? I'm assuming at this point to not speculate that my application will keep moving until there is official word from authorities about picking up the processing.

True.. dont expect any progress untill they announce that they’ve started processing outland applications. Covid has now become an excuse to delay things all around the world.

Yep. It doesn’t make any sense as they are still welcoming in work/study visa holders.
Also, they have stopped doing draws for FSW, likely because they can’t process FSW applications right now. They’re definitely almost completely frozen right now. My AOR is Jan 6 2021 and I don’t expect to hear back until end of 2021. Stressful because I start my new job in Canada in January 2021....
