Are EE applications with provincial nominations processed faster?

I tried figuring out this information from timeline spreadsheets that I found in the forum but on the 3 spreadsheets that I found there was too few data on this.
I know the provincial nomination takes a few months to be processed, but afterwards, when the person nominated gets an ITA, does CIC processes these applications faster (since they've already been processed once by the province)? Or is it just the same?

No, they are not. I believe most provincial cases are processed through Ottawa office and hence this adds up to their existing load of work and in fact it is processed at the same pace as other categories.
