Are Dental Diplomas valid for CRS scoring?

I've finished my bds and I have a doubt whether Diplomas like aesthetic dentistry, diploma in implantology etc in India which are of 1yr duration are valid enough to be approved by Wes to give me more CRS points?

If you have a BDS assessed as a professional degree, you would not get any more points for a diploma.

Would appreciate if you can share your expertise on below questions-
Can you please confirm if a Bachelors degree in Dentistry from India would be considered as a Professional degree by WES or any other ECA agency?
Does Bachelors or Professional degree carry same amount of CRS points?
And why is it that a PG Diploma in Aesthetic dentistry will not get additional CRS points if Bachelors in Dentistry from India is treated as Professional Degree ? Very confused.
