Would I be able to apply for immigration to Canada on the basis of experience as a commercial pilot for over 9 years and a graduation degree.
Has anyone has someone has migrated through this channel?

Yes, if you are eligible and have enough points for an invitation. Commercial pilot license gives you no extra points. Get your degrees (you say graduation so assume masters) assessed and take language tests to submit a profile
