Are changes coming to Points system in Jun '17?

I had read this somewhere but unable to find the source now. My specific question is - After June 2017, are we going to get extra points if we have a Sibling in Canada who is a Citizen and also above 18 years old?

Yes you will get 15 points for a sibling in Canada.

Thanks for the link. I guess I should have waited till June to submit the EE Profile? or are cut offs also expected to go higher so it would be better to submit now?
