Hi all,
I'm reapplying for a study permit because my first application was denied. The main reasons it was denied are as follows:
1. Purpose of Study
2. Employment Prospects in Country of Residence
3. Current Employment Situation
The thing is, I didn't know I had to submit a Statement Of Purpose (SOP) in my first application, so IRCC had nothing except for my bank documents. Had I submitted a SOP, then I would have been able to address all of these reasons.
My question then is if CAIPS notes are required to get a rejected permit approved. Given that I really didn't give the IRCC any information, I don't think that getting CAIPS notes will be useful in my case, but I could be mistaken. Has anyone here had a rejected permit approved without using CAIPS notes?
Thanks in advance!
