Are backlogs considered for education or getting visa in canada??

Hi,

My concern is that i am having about 15 backlogs without repetations as when repeated, they are more and my cgpa is around 5 in my BE Electrical engg.

I have also completed my diploma in EE where my cpi was 7.73.

Now i wish to come to canada for further studies.
Can you suggest some thing according to my profile .
ie. where should i go, chances for my admission, visa.. etc..

it would be very helpful to me..

Have you given IELTS? If yes, and have sufficient bands then you should go for Australia or New Zealand as you have many backlogs. Still If you want to take chance for a canada, make a very strong SOP regarding your weakness in your academics. And submit it with your application. All the best.

Hi,
I have still not given IELTS..

As above written my CPI in diploma Engg was 7.73/10, and still in BE electrical- result is pending..

my 1st priority is canada..

any suggestions plz..
