Are all forms mandatory - FSW 2014

Dear Friends ,

Are all forms mandatory , some of them are not relevant to me since i am apply only for myself and don't have dependents too.

Should i just fill the ones that i relevant to me or the other ones too and put N/A ?

Please suggest. THanks
