Are 4 Semesters equivalent to 2 Academic Years???

Just want to confirm 16 months 4 consecutive semesters for a graduate certificate gives 3 years work permit, correct?

I’m an international student from India and I got LOA from St.Clair college for 2 year graduate certificate. But in the LOA it is mentioned as 2 years (8 months) which means 16 months of study in 2 years. So will I be eligible to get 3 year PGWP for this program.

I got offer letter from Conestoga college. It clearly stated that course duration is 4 semesters consequently, which meant my program will start on may 2020 and will end at August 2021, I'm in dilemma regarding my work permit duration. Will i be get 2 years or 3 years of PGWP?

Even Im at same situation ,can anyone please let me know how many years we will get pgwp after studying 2 consecutive graduate certificate courses (4 semesters ) in diff colleges where each program duration is mentioned as 8 month,with 150 days break after 1 complete course (2 semester).
