Yes, you require an ARC to return to Canada since you were deported.

Hi I don’t know I have to required ARC and I have to pay for my travel. I just want to know the procedure or straight links to the forms because Canadian forms on Canadian websites are more confusing them anything I figured is easy to tweet Donald trump and get a reply from him in the past. But when you press a link on the Canadian website it opens another form about more explanation into more explanation that drives me crazy also we most men don’t like to read! I will really really really appreciate if someone can send me links of the forms that I will need from there I can do everything. Thank you guys

You’ll also have to repay the travel costs.

How to apply
If you are applying for a visa or permit to come to Canada you must include all of the required documents with your application, including:

  • two passport size photographs taken within the last six months.
  • a copy of your passport.
  • a written letter (in English or French) explaining, in detail, the reasons you feel you should be allowed to return to Canada. The letter must be written in block letters in black ink or typed.

Information has been posted above. If this still isn't enough then you should hire an immigration lawyer to help you.

Good luck with the application.
