ARC required for sponsorship in Canada (HK required) - what's the current processing timeline?

Hello all,

Does anyone knows what is most recent ARC approval in Calgary (Hong Kong office required) ?

We have done the submission in end of June, as well Local MP has sent the inquiry and noticed all supporting documents have been received and added to Applicant' file. There is no more action after that.

Can anyone friendly advise how long the ARC will take? Since this is not a regular application, the source is very limited. People in this forum has more knowledgeable and experience than others.

I know every case is different and every immigration office is different, but just wondering if anyone knows the timeline to help us better understanding the situation.

It's only been 2 months. ARCs generally takes at least several months and sometimes up to a year or even longer.

There is no processing time posted for a reason. It is completely individual.
