Hello,

Can an ARC be paid on-line? The option is available on the CIC website but the letter states it must be paid by certified chq or money order....

Thanks :)

I paid for mine on line and had no problems at all.

I got PPR two days after sending ARC letter and payment receipt.

That's great, I hope we have the same quick response :)
Did you pay on-line from inside or outside Canada? Did your request letter say you could pay it on-line?
Our letter said it had to be certified cheque or bank draft, I'd rather pay by credit card on-line but I don't want to risk any delays....

Thanks:)

I paid being outside Canada. I just looked again at my ARC request letter and it says The same, pay by certified cheque or bank draft. I promise I never even noticed. Lol. I just went to the CIC website where you paid the other fees and it says exactly the option to pay for ARC. Print receipt and send with ARC letter. I had no problem.

I sent them this email.
"Dear Immigration Officers:

This is to inform you that I have sent to you the requested ARC letter and fee payment via Fedex.

I am sending attached to this e-mail a copy of the official receipt for the payment of Citizenship and Immigration fees.

The envelope with the letter and a copy of this same receipt was received today in your office."

Then I put FedEx tracking number and the confirmed having received everything. Two days after I got PPR ;)

Perfect, I think we'll pay on line as well, it seems like it will be a lot easier. Did you use a Canadian Credit Card? How extensive was your ARC letter? Sorry for all the questions :)

That's great to hear how quick the process can be.

I am just sending in my ARC letter and Payment now.

I'm looking at timelines and surprised to see that after PPR, getting Visa still takes a few extra weeks after that too... my medicals expires in 3 weeks, so we'll have to redo medical probably too.

So did you pay fees online because I tried to pay online but I could not. in the end it says complete your application form.
Thank you

hello everyone,
Can anybody suggest me about arc. I don’t know some people they are saying that they applied for arc online and some got the request for arc from immigration. What is the right process to do for arc ??
