Anybody knows how long take ARC for processing my visa office is Mexico but I am confused because people says it takes from 9 to 12 months that is truth???

yes could be short or long...nobodyknows for sure...
dont worry some countries take 31 moonths

I have seen many cases done within 3 months but the average time is 2 to 6 months depending of the complexity of your case...

yes. i have seen some in 2 months aswell.
but i have also heard its about 2-6 months depending on the case.
