I filed for Refugee status in Canada however, I abandoned my case which was scheduled Sept.14,2010 and left Canada on the 30 September2010, with a ticket that I purchased.
The problem is that 3 days before I left Canada, I went to Airport Road/ Immigration to inform them that I was leaving and needed my passport and was told that they required one more week to make arrangements so I can get my passport successfully, however,I couldn't change my date of departure with the airline, I didn't know if it was possible. Therefore I left my passport in Canada and have been in my country with no passport and I'm told that if I want to return to Canada, I need an ARC.
To get the ARC, I will be required to present photos of my passport, so I am stuck in all sense and I really want to return to Canada. Please help me!
