I would suggest you call their support number. This is what I did. I called them last Friday and on Monday I got an update. At least you will get a decision fast whether they approved or rejected your application so that you can take the next action.

Hi, Last month I raised the Webform also regarding SOWP. Still I didn't get reply for that. Usually, how much time it will take to approve. And when did you apply for SOWP.

I applied the SOWP on Oct 2023. Even the medical is not updated yet. Also, the webform is of no use I guess.
