April 30, 2010 Applicant got a call from Immigration Section...

Hi
I applied on 30 April,2010.
Today I got a call from immigration section ( as I had requested them for withdrawal of my application), She said that my application has been approved but we want to confirm that whether I want refund or want to continue with my application.She also said that the application will be moving on to next stage. My e cas status still shows "in-process". Now please tell me what will be the next stage??? and whether will they again ask me for POF?? as I have withdrawn whole of my money from my account. Please guide me.

next stage wud be ; background checks may be include other checks.

positive result: issuance of MR->POF->copr+ppr->Visa

negative:

Scenario 1: fairness letter->disabuse their concerns->positive->Visa Negative: Refusal + 40(1)(a) in case of misrep

scenario 2: direct refusal letter.

positive result: issuance of MR->POF->copr+ppr->Visa
Plz tell me will they surely ask for POF?? What if i again put the required amount into my bank account again??

If u do have a fair enough luck then they would not ask u.
