What was the question for which the is 'Shoulder' ? I can't recall any such answer

I am writing on 27th April academic IELTS in UK. Very worried about writing topic as is my 8th attempt and writing is the only one which holds me back ... keep scoring 6 and I need 6.5 . Fingers crossed for Saturday
