I had applied for TRV on April 22 but no update since April 30. It is weird IRCC is issuing PPRs for applications submitted in May when they have o/s visa applications from April.

I applied for my parents visa from my father's GC key account in Pakistan. would the processing time be different (less) if I applied it form my GC key account from Canada as his representative?
doe sit make his application form inside Canada or is it the same thing? someone just told me that if I was a representative for him the processing times would be "inside canada" that is 2 weeks only.
my view is all pakistani applications are same no matter where theGC key is from.

Same here! I applied on April 24 via the IRCC portal, and there has been no update since. My country's processing timeline is 39 days. I might submit a webform by the end of the week to follow up.
