I have applied for my mother on April 22 and biometrics are done and uploaded on 30 April 2024. Background is in process and eligibility not started as of today in the tracker.

I applied through that as well. Regularly checked it and it's been a month but still it says we don't have your application in our system. Did you apply for visitor visa as well?

ages below 14 and above 60-65 no need,

if you can not see the amount there, it means no need,
