it isn't weird. if you checked your inbox or spam folder and nothing is there. you can take the test via the link in the tracker. people have reported this happening. i think that is why they also have the link in the tracker. from the date it said you can take it.

Test Invite - 15 June 2024 while background check is still in progress. I see that this rarely happens with people and such apps take a lot of time to complete (around 9 - 12 months). Is anyone over here in a similar situation ? It will be helpful to keep in touch.

Same situation. It seems like you will get Finger Print Request after the test.

you may be asked for fingerprints or maybe not. no application is the same and there is no order to what is completed first or in what order. some people have done the test before their background was completed without ever being asked for fingerprints. there was also an instance where everything was completed for an applicant and the last thing they did was their test (LLP got completed during their test window they did their test the last few days before the window would close.)

I gave my test on June 6 2024 and there is no update test received or passed so far. I see people moving to passed with in 2-3 days after the test is given. Is there something that I need to do here like contacting them to make sure they received the result or is this normal?

you won't be getting emails/spam for ghost updates. only for test, interview, additional info/finger prints, pcc, oath.
