What does "In Process ecas" (Column H) in the 2024 Citizenship Application - Tracker mean? is there a place in the tracker where the abbreviations were outlined?

Submitted application (couple) on 1st April and have not recieved AOR as yet.

You sure you haven't received any email with your Application # ? , online portal will keep saying AOR not received even after the email.

Very positive as I didn't get anything so far other than the email that application was submitted which I believe is not a AOR.
Even online I am reading that they are processing application received in the week of may so not sure what's happening with our application.

I rechecked my emails again and there is an email which talks about status tracker for the application. I just created my account and it has the different steps which are in progress at the moment (language, background, physical presence, prohibitions).
And at the bottom it says "We have received your application and have begun to process your application. Information about next steps and required action items will be coming soon."
Does this mean that the application is past AOR phase ?

My AOR is 17 April and I recieved tracker two days later. Haven't recieved any update since then. When I log into tracker, last date shown is the same that I recieved aor on. Concerned about the timeline progression of My app. Is it worth calling IRCC.
