What process gets completed after the fingerprints? Background verification, or prohibitions, or both? How long does it usually take for an update after the fingerprints are done?

I'm in the same situation and unfortunately, I haven't been able to create an account to track my application status. I tried everything and even submitted a web form but still no reply. My fingerprints were sent to IRCC on July 16. I passed the test before receiving the fingerprints request. I am also wondering what is the next step after fingerprints. Hopefully, we get news soon. I did fingerprinting on June 29 and sent it to the Vancouver office, but have not gotten any update yet. I am starting to get worried.

my AOR was April 10 and background was marked completed on May 28, 2024 and then crickets. I am yet to receive a request for test (it has been 2 months). I have sent webform and no dice. Any ideas will be appreciated as i am at a loss here

Call IRCC and ask them. A good agent may be able to tell which ofiice is processing your application.
