Do you know what it could be then? It’s been 10 business days for me I’m freaking out!
I received it today after 6 business days! Sadly I have no idea. I sent it again yesterday from another email address. Don't know what triggered the system.

The clerk administering the oath asked us to just reply to the email that contained the Notice to Appear to send the oath form. This is is contrary to the instructions in the pdf (which asks for a specific subject line). Any ideas on what to do?
Do what the oath officer said as they are the one going to generate your certificate.

Guys, we had our virtual oath on 28th Sep (Mississauga office) and we emailed the signed form immediately after that with the officer initials in the subject. Even now we are not able to download the e-certificate. Have emailed to the Mississauga office, but no response.
Any tips?

Same here. I resent the forms 3 times with 2 different emails as suggested by some. Also, sent a query using the IRCC webform, but absolutely no response.

No alternative except waiting. My oath was done on Sept 15 and got e-certificate on Oct 4th (Mississauga office). Emailed them with different emails, but nothing worked.

So much for 5 business days. Hope we don't have to wait 20 days as we need to travel soon.

Hi,
I have filed an online application for me and my partner ( in APRIL 2023). I have received my oath ceremony email on 18th OCT ( 25th SEP) but my partner has not received anything yet ( her LPP is only in progress and others are completed. Is it normal or should I contact IRCC ? How should i contact them ?
We filed as a family should we get two different invitations?

Please help on this
?
