The request was to provide a police certificate for a country I stayed less than 183 days in a row in, so instead of the documentation, I provided an exaplanation of the reason why I shouldn’t be required this document. I submitted it through a webform on May 2 and followed up by providing the details on May 9. Never received a confirmation of the receipt, but my background check has been completed since.

I got the same but I provided the police report. They have acknowledged receipt, However, the information/request is still showing on the tracker saying "Next step, we are waiting on you". I heard the information never goes away. Is it the same for you?

Has anyone received the AOR email 2 times ? My wife and kids got the AOR emails once on June 2nd with me, and again today. The date on the AOR has changed but everything else is the same. No updates in the online trackers at all. What could be the significance of this ?

Happen to my husband. We both applied in a group but he received AOR twice with a new date. I dont know why

I mean what email/ notification you received that makes you think it’s a ghost update. As i received the same email twice without any update. Just wanna know it’s also a ghost update in my case

Physical Presence Days: 1095

AOR: 13-06-2023 for the 3 minors and didn't get the AOR for myself and for my wife


I need your expert opinion guys. As I stated earlier, starting 6 pm PDT, I got the AOR for the 3 minors with 7 min gap between each AOR. Still I didn't get my and my wife's AORs.

Is there any explanation for this?

My understanding is that for a group, if there is something wrong with an application, they tend to return the entire package. I am aware that this didn't typically happen with @josh_1982 and that they returned only his application. However, based on his timeline, the AORs for the his wife and kids were not sent out until he resent his complete application (although he got his AOR 12 days after his family)

So, since I already got the AOR for the minors, would this mean that the parent's applications are good and it is just a matter of time until we get our AOR? (otherwise how the minors AOR were issued if there is something with the parents applications)

For @yankyridzz , may I ask how long did it take your spouse and minor to get their AOR after you got yours?

They received their AORs the next morning at around 6 A.M. EST

i am worried because the Id was not 100% clear. Lets see what happens!

i dont have access to tracker so dont really know if it is completed or not

ID is not a problem. They will ask you to resend it, if it's not clear. That communication happens via email.
