now i am unable to link my application.
There is written on the website that paper application cannot be linked at this time. Can somebody please help.

Are you creating account on this https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/
If yes wait for some more days. For some it even takes a week to reflect in the system.
After a week or so if it doesn't work, raise a technical issue webform
