HI, I'm in same boat as yours. I never claimed my Bachelor's degree certificate as I was able to get admit in US in 2015 with Provisional Certificate. Now I requested for Bachelor's degree certificate but its going to take atleast month or two. My ECA is only done on Masters Degree in US to through WES. Do we need to submit Bachelors Degree certificate or Masters is sufficient with ECA report from WES?

Check the documentation on this, I believe masters from USA and Canada do no need to show Bachelors. Highest degree is only required.
wes won’t evaluate masters degree alone if bachelor is required. For example I have maters from India Wes specifically asked me to provide bachelors degree as well without that they won’t evaluate my masters, that is not the case for masters from USA or Canada

I have a question. I did medicals for my study permit in August 2018 and as per the new policy, I am exempt from doing another medicals for my current CEC application. Unfortunately, I don’t have my IME result but I do have my IME number. Is it enough for me to upload a Letter including my IME number? Has anyone done this without uploading the IME result and been successful?
