For me it took 1 week exactly

Yes. and If he/she is not the representative for the PA (sponsored spouse), then the customer service person on the phone will only disclose information/stage of application related to the sponsor. So likely only up to sponsor approval stage. (AOR, SA, returned... etc )

Sorry, only PA is allowed, unless you submitted representatives form than you can. Check with your agent
