Mine too is likely CPC Mississauga it saw it on the Medical Request mail to submit medical report to that office.Hi, I'm not 100% sure, but probably my application is being processed at Mississauga center too.
I got Pre-arrival letter on August 1st and no update so far. I will share my progress here.

I did call the Panel Physician to confirm if they submitted my medical reports to IRCC, after 3 follow ups, today they said "it will be submitted today "likely" " i will call them tomorrow am if i feel doubtful. Its been 17 days and 11 business days since my Medical
Hi, I only can see a screenshot from our immigration consultant for our process updates.
Apparently my eligibility is being reviewed on August 1st. We have no idea when it has started tho.
Background check is probably not yet.
You will hear a Good News soon.... I have everything completed except Background check and medicals are passed not yet updated. Just being patient and positive

My spouse apply for a visitor visa and they refuse it, now we are outside of Canada, and we don’t know what to do, we want to start the spouse sponsor application inland, we don’t want to wait a year apart each other.
Any recommendations?
also he is looking for a job offer in Canadá, so he can apply for a work permit. Should I came back to canada? I’ve been outland for no more than 4 months

Hello Yes my timeline is somewhat same and Background status still not started. Dont worry good things are coming, it takes time and we have to wait patiently.
It's common for the Background Check on PR Tracker to not update to "In Progress" and simply go from "Not Started" to "Complete" so don't worry too much about it. That's what happened for me, went from Not Started to Complete on July 21st.

As of today, my GCKey still reads In Progress on everything. My PR tracker still shows In Progress with no update since August 16th. My ECAS says DM on both sides, but I have access to the PR portal & my information was uploaded.
