Yes, haven't been able to access the tracker since yesterday.

I sent a request to reschedule as I’m travelling to Japan on April 21st. I can’t access tracker since Tuesday

Same here ! I’m guessing this is a ghost update and we‘ll be seeing updates in the coming days !

Yeah mine said 4 new updates this morning but nothing actually updated.

I called IRCC and they told me the tracker has been having issues and it to just keep an eye on it. She looked at my file and was able to tell me that Physical Presence was completed but prohibitions and languages haven't been started but they all still say "in progress" on tracker.
