How are you able to see it on ecas? I thought only paper applications could use that system. Is there something I’m missing?

I was referring to the online portal https://cst-ssc.apps.cic.gc.ca perhaps its not called ECAS (I was under the impression that it was). What I meant to say is that in there the status shows as in progress.

I received AOR for both my spouse and minor child. I am able to see their status in ECAS for both of them.. However, when I try to register in the new site (cst-ssc.apps...), I am not seeing my minor application with the UCI, application #. Have you registered for your minor child? Anyone else in same boat?

Yes, I was able to register for my son as well in the portal. Is your status “application received” in ECAS or “In progress”?

I got the same email today and didn’t see any updates when I logged in. I got the same email two weeks ago as well which was like a day after I got AOR.

Me and my husband also got this email twice. The second one just yesterday. No idea if they are going to keep sending this as automatic reminder or something.

Same scenario here…it’s like IRCC took a week off as it overall seems quiet so far this week.

Oh, ok thanks for clarifying that. I had heard that people who applied via a paper application have access to 2 or 3 different systems, where they can get more detailed info about their progress. It made me wonder if something similar had become available to online applicants too!

I think ecas is for paper applicants and for online is the tracker
