That is possible. I submitted online April 14th and got AOR May 1st
It really depends...What I saw from the Excel sheet tracker was that it took approx 20 days. But the number of cases was few.
I understand it depends from case to case but Woah that is quite quick. I recently received my AOR hoping it wouldn't be that soon for the test. Haven't started reading the book. Better start on it then.... Thank you for responding!
I submitted my mother's application 2 days after mine, and it reached CIC-Syd 21st April 2022. Her Physical Presence calculator form had been included her days as visitor status before becoming PR. I attached all copy visa stamp, visitor records and copy her boarding passes as a proof for her stay in Canada. I separated our applicants to avoid any delay might happen to all if sending its together as family package.
I got my AOR on May 4, while my mom has nothing up to now. Still waiting for good new about her application. Hopefully they will accepted her application and not return her package.

I don’t think there’s any real timeline as to when someone receives AOR. I’ve seen people get their AOR earlier than those who have sent in their applications before them. My application was delivered April 14 and I’ve yet to receive an AOR as well but I’m certain I did everything as required so like your moms application, I just think it’ll be a few more days for her AOR. I know it’s nerve wrecking lol everyday I doubt my application package more and more when I see people getting their AOR and I haven’t as yet.
I got AOR on April 28th but status is still "Application Received" in ECAS. Ours is a family application for myself and my son. Any idea how long it takes until they transfer the file to a citizenship office and status changes to "In progress"? I am wondering if I've been put in some special queue that's in for the long haul
