Remember my portal email first came Nov 2021 and then Dec 2021 though I responded, there was no answer. But after I submitted a webform and se t an email directly to the portal, I got the credentials in days. Remember for the email, put the word "online" and state application number as your subject

Received landing portal details this morning. Submitted my details just a few moments ago. Any update?

Yes I submitted photo n address on january 26..almost a week ago

It’s on their official website. And yes, you have to go through a registration process.

I can’t create an account because I dont have surname and as you know the given name goes into surname field if thats the case. But we require both as both fields are mandatory. So how should i do it?

For the given name field I put my first name and middle name and for surname I put my surname and it worked.

Yes I only use my first name.(meaning my last name is not in the passport) since childhood its like that

Oh wow. Didn’t even know that was possible. The surname field is a mandatory field and without it I’m afraid you won’t be able to register. So sorry as they provided no other alternative to register for the tracker.
