April 2021 - Citizenship applications

Hi guys, I received a request letter to submit the scanned copy of all pages of my passport, along with my test invite. Is this standard process to ask for passport copies. And I also have a passport which is new, and is in the eligibility period. Should I scan all the pages of that passport as well?

My timeline is :
App delivered- April 6th 2021
Aor - July 20th
Bg completed - Sept 14
Test invite - Oct 1st
Request letter- Oct 4th

How do you see the status using old ECAS?
What criteria do you use to view the application status in OLD ECAS? I tried using UCI but got "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided"

I was able to use both after I got the AOR and I use UCI number they send with the AOR

Aman, keep in mind that ECAS only works for paper applicants, not for Online applicants.

I applied through a paper application. In the online tracker, it says application in process effective Jun2 but the old ECAS does not recognize me for some reason. This is so strange not sure what I am missing.

You are right, the browser was auto-filling the last name incorrectly that's why. The old ECAS says they started processing the application on Sep 9th,2021. So it means I can expect to see some movement on my application soon?

Citizenship

You are right, the browser was auto-filling the last name incorrectly that's why. The old ECAS says they started processing the application on Sep 9th,2021. So it means I can expect to see some movement on my application soon?

If it’s in the eligibility period you should scan all pages of the new pp and include it.

This is standard procedure for most applications and starting June( I think ) they changed the application to include pp pages up front for all applications.
If you don’t mind what is your location/ local office?
