Can I link my application before receiving the AOR?
Has anybody been able to link the application online with just the family name, given name and date of birth before receiving the AOR?

1. Maybe. If AOR email came late.
2.Yes, it's possible.

Just a heads up for anyone planning to apply by mail. I sent my application package from toronto by mail (canada post) on april 4th and it was delivered to the Sydney office today (april 9th) so it doesnt seem like this pandemic is affecting mailing times.

Outland Application- Sent my application my Canada Post on April 14th.
Quick question for those who have sent it using Canada Post , Do tracking details take time to update? I mean I cannot track anything (it has been close to 12 hours since I dropped my package at nearby Canada Post)

I've never heard of anyone doing it. You need the Client number (IUC)/Application number that are on the AOR.

They'll only update the tracking info once the package leaves the post office... sometimes it takes long to update it all depends
