I had the same issue.. cleared cache and history several times. Even tried to login through different browser. Letter of explanation is still missing. My AOR is 24th March.
Yes, I sent a webform and got reply. They said I have uploaded my LOE.

This is a known technical glitch. I am usually able to resolve it by using the browser in incognito mode.

I just wonder how long it will take to get the medical passed.

As per the earlier trends, i.e. pre COVID-19 the meds were passed within the first 3-4 weeks after submitting the application.

I have a question... Does anyone get an ADR? Thank you!

It is too early for ADRs. Most ADRs are sent 4-5 weeks into the process. However, due to the COVID-19, there may be delays.

Hello,

Just wondering how you guys request the imm1017 form to have medical exam done? Do you request that through webform after submit for pr application or do they just send you automatically after you submit the application?

the imm1017 form is aimed for the upfront medical exam if my memory serves me right , you don't have to request it, this form will be handed to you by the designated doctor at the end of your medical exam, if you have submitted your (e-APR) without it then you have to upload it via the webform when you get it, this how I understand the process, I'm in the same situation as you.
