Who receives the PPR email?
Sponsor, or applicant?
Is PPR always received by email? or is there any other way of communication?
My wife received her pre arrival letter Jan 06th Ecas says decision made, but no PPR yet

In my case, I’m the PA (from India) who received the email/PPR. We do have a representative who’s received all the updates before this but PPR came to my email.

our application was transferred to the VO in Mexico (we're from Brazil) and they won't answer the phone

Anyone have any idea about stamping time like on an average how many days it'll take to receive the passport back after stamping from the day of submitted passport at VFS .
Please somebody respond on this.

we just got a ghost update "application profile/updated" today 10 days after we replied to our PPR on gckey account!

The account timeline is 100% complete: says "We are done processing your application"
- January 18, 2020 your application was approved

Based on other threads should be 3 days till my canada post xpresspost return tracker activates and they mail us the COPR. fingers crossed

anyone else today with ghost updates?

Does the percentage actually mean something? I thought it would just change with the remaining time of your file since the first day you submitted it. My Gckey shows 80% completed and 11 weeks left and im still waiting for pre-arrival.

I dont think it matters, just curious if other people received the "your application was approved w/ date of approval" update. Havnt seen this step discussed on this thread.

Visa stamping can take anywhere from 1 week to 2 depending on your country. Ours is Delhi and we sent out passport during christmas time (brilliant) and only got it back in Jan 12th 2020.

Hey Man,
We submitted it on Jalandhar VFS office and they submitted it to the Chandigarh Consulate. They stamped it a day after they received it and returned it via BlueDart. We got it today, because the website's message on when it is ready for pick up is not clear. If you submitted your passport via VFS you should be getting regular text updates. They will also send you the tracking number.

We submitted our application April 15th, and we have completed all steps including the interview and medical in September 2019.
He received his Pre-Arrival in September 2019.
Our GIC account shows that they are still processing the background check.
I wonder what is taking so long.
