PA is from Pakistan. Applied on April 26. Asked MP to follow up and he said eligibility and security not started. Medical and Criminality is passed.

When we call Cic. Is an agent able to tell us how far the process is? I mean can I ask him certain specific questions with regards to the application like, if criminality is completed or if they started the background check and how far is it?

If u r the representative or the pa they will tell u all those ... I am the sponsor and representative of my husband and whenever I call them they mention those things to me

Sometimes they will sometimes they won't.. I (Sponsor) called with my wife (PA) doing a conference call so that they gave us information about our case but they can't provide any time line or estimates of time. Wish you all the best. Apparently there was a note on our application that it was ready to be transferred but I don't see any such updates in my e-mail and my wife don't see such updates on her account either. We miss each other too much and we are trying to be patient but it is getting hard after more than 5 months without any news.
I was told that the papers for provincial including CSQ would come once the file is transferred to the visa office. You suggest me to take which path to get the CSQ going?

CSQ received: 29 August 2019

Medical passed: Nov 22 2019
Additional Documents request: Nov 16th 2019
Documents sent on 19th Nov 2019
They asked me to update CSQ again and Proof of medical. Anyway Medical passed was updated on 22 Nov 2019 in ECAS and GC key.
