How long after you can see your application on the CIC website do you receive an email for AOR1?

Congrats!!! This is a good sign for the rest of us!

By the way I'm glad to see in your time line of your application that it was transferred to Mississauga on the 10th even though you didnt pass your bio and med till a couple weeks after. I was worried I'd have further delays because my bio and medical where already requested but I could only book my appointments for two weeks from now. Thanks!

Give it 1 to 2 days.. We just received our Sponsorship Eligibility approval letter today however ecas system displayed "Decision Made" 3 days ago. Its more important that your application shows up on the system then receiving the actual AOR from my experience so far. Goodluck!

Seems like the AOR, Biometric, Medical requests and updates have been fairly quick for all April applications (withing 2-3 months). I think Background Check takes time right? as it depends upon the PA's country? In my application the PA is from India, and will be taking Medical tomorrow. I think the process will get slow once on the Background Check. Hope for the best!

Sorry to hear that. But its still a good time to apply. Summer has just began and they (the staff) will start going on vacations and then the process is really slow.

Ho Guyz, i am trying to resubmit my application. Any insight will be greatly appreciated.

Did you guyz also fill the Part B) Your spouse or common law partner trip as a sponsor in the Supplementary information form IMM 5562? Or just fill Principal applicant trips taken in Part A and leave the Part B as Not applicable?

I was just wondering... how often can a Canadian PR visit (meaning, leave Canada) to visit America spouse?

I saw on an earlier post that the maximum should be 1-2 weeks... but would 1 week a month be okay?

Never mind I just managed to link it lol.. They said that my spouse doesn’t need to give bio at this point but they’re requesting medical though.
