That sucks. If someone application is returned they are out 3 months :(
 
Mine was received April 12...no news yet afraid it might come back as I dont have translation cause most of our communication is done through facetime ...
 
What is Background check start message? For me it says "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message..."
Does it mean BGC has started?
 
Timeline:
  1. We received your application to sponsor xxxx on April 8, 2019.
  2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on May 2, 2019.
  3. We started processing your application on May 1, 2019.
  4. May 6, 2019 decision made approved sponsorship
  5. We received xxxx application for permanent residence on April 8, 2019.
  6. We started processing xxxx application on May 23, 2019.
  7. We sent xxxx medical instructions and biometric instruction on May 7, 2019. (Medical exam and biometrics were completed May 17th)
  8. Medical results have been received. May 24th
  9. Pr application status desicion made May 24th
What does the decision made for the pr application mean? How soon will we get confirmation of permanent residency? Also may 8th it was sent from Sydney to Missasagua for further processing. Any information is appreciated
PA is my American husband and Sponsor is Canadian wife.

WHATS the procedure to book biometrics
 
hey guys, i am trying to link my application for my wife using first and last name but not getting successful. The thing is my wife is not having her family name in her passport. So what do i need to fill in there to link the application? File was received on 12th april. And i am waiting for AOR
