It seems you have received AOR and Sponsor Approval together, next you will be receiving Biometric and Medical requests soon.

This is the AOR. That Decision Made you see under Sponsor Application is your Sponsor Approval. You should get an email about it soon.

the website thing happens to me on a desktop but not when using my phone, it's weird so maybe try on your phone. Try calling at different points during the day, or sometimes back to back. Around 3pm EST is a good time to call. Honestly there has never been a day that I didn't get through and trust me I have called lots. just keep trying, don't give up.

I saw one more applicant from April got decision made. @ShyannAlbers from page 37 look like got decision made two weeks ago.
