the whatsapp text i submitted was in the english alphabet but we were still spelling the words in Punjabi, is that okay do you think?

yes i had the same thing..i searched here to see if i can send it now but it seems like there wont be any benefit of sending it now since my application is not entered in the system yet so i should just wait n pray that they dont send it back...it really depends on the visa officer bcz i read someone else had the same issue but thier application was accepted.

Yeah..... There are so many march applicants have an issue with this new English translation requirement because CIC updated new checklist in the middle of gathering all documents. I even didn't realized it until i sent my application so It seems like CIC will accept the all applications without translation. I don't think they will return it so don't worry about it and wait for your turn. Think positive.

I still don't know if our application has arrived in Sydney or not. I didn't want to pay an extra 40 bucks for a courier because in general, at least our German mail system is fast. I am not sure about the Canadian mail. I made sure to get tracking on the application and it turns out that they stop the tracking once it is in Canada. I also bought a postcard service. This postcard will be sent back to me after our application has been delivired but I didn't get that back yet either, and it has been two weeks. I am sure that everything is fine and out application made it to Sydney but it is kind of annoying not knowing for sure when it arrived or if it even arrived already.

Hi, I am applying for my spouse soon as well. We have all the application ready. We are just a little worried on his passport. He was a student in Canada but got sent back because his Visa expired. He lost his passport in Canada but since we are married now he needs a new passport as he is citizen of India. He got sent back on the government money though with a ban of one year. Also he has a police certificate from 2013 when he initially came in Canada. So for passport should he first pay government fees for inadmissibility online then can he go to any office in India to start a new passport on marriage basis? Will he have to tell about how he got sent back on government money and how he lost his passport in Canada or can he just start a new application over there after he pays inadmissibilty fees and not tell anything about his lost passport in Canada? As well should he apply for new police certificate in his country before I send in his application?

If I log in to CIC On line services

Under the Sponsorship Application Status, Its showing "Decision Made" and if i click it, It's showing

1. We received your application to sponsor on January 31, 2019.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on March 26, 2019.
3. We started processing your application on March 25, 2019.
4. We sent you correspondence on March 30, 2019 about the decision on your application. (and email says its approved)

But Under Permanent Residence Application Status, It's showing "In Process" and if I click it, It's Showing

1. We received application for permanent residence on January 31, 2019.
2. We sent medical instructions on March 29, 2019. To avoid delays, please provide us with the information requested as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
3. Medical results have been received. ( Medical was submitted on 2nd April 2019)

In between on 26th March, 2019 i got an email of paying Biometrics fee, i have already paid $85. But still i haven't get any feedback from IRCC when and how to give my biometrics.

So please anyone help me what does it means, whats would be the next step?
How long does it takes to get my visa?

Please it will be a big help for me.

If you used tracking you should get a notification when it arrives. Not sure why it would stop tracking once it's in Canada?

If you use the internal postal service for your country of residence, you often don't get any more tracking once your shipment goes into another country. I've had it happen when sending or receiving stuff from the UK. To get full tracking with an international shipment you do usually have to go with a courier service. Pain in the backside (and bank balance!). But it sounds like there will still be a notification once it's arrived, so I hope you get that soon Luthien! Canada Post is unfortunately famously slow.

One of the reasons that I am panicking is that the nearest panel physician in Berlin seems to always be booked for 6 weeks ahead so I would not be able to do the medical exam within 30 days. It takes me about 2 hours to get to that one. The next nearest one takes something like 5 hours to get to and of course the train ticket costs way more too.

I was thinking of just booking an appointment in Berlin based on when I can expect to get my MR. It seems to be not very much after getting AOR1 which right now seems to only take about one month. But since I don't know when my application was received, I can't really do that either. Maybe I will just assume that it I will get my AOR1 in the middle of May and book my appointment accordingly. I can always cancel.

That sounds super annoying, I'm hoping that other German applicants can give you some pointers. All I can offer is that AOR has been coming through in around 30 days for us March applicants, but only a few people have received their medical requests as yet. Been over a week since we got AOR and we've not heard anything more since.

Find a doctor you may visit in your country, territory or region for your immigration medical exam. Only Panel Physicians approved by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada can do this exam.

yes but this is a new change...so we wl have to wait n see i guess..my applicstion was recevied april 15 m thinking of sending the certified translations as well as a new schedule A in the mail with a cover letter as i didnt know principal applicant had to also sign it by hand beside the electronjc signature so i made 2 mistakes
