Then the next update says : FCE Application - File to MN for review.

Can anyone give me a little insight on what that means???

Called today and they told me that the quota for CSQ is reached so they won't give any application for CSQ for 2019

Sorry i didnt get it... they dont send the request for csq or the finilized csq anymore till the end of 2019?

based on current trend, it should be within a month but you never know with NDVO it could be January too.
Can you share the reason for the interview?

That is what I thought but now I am confused because I saw people who started their process later and they got the papers to start the request for CSQ even if their process after mine but they didn't have any request for medical and my wife's medical is already done a long time ago.. So the classic answer of the IRCC agents stands.. its case by case I guess
