Sorry, I meant for documents that are not in English, like birth certificate or insurance beneficiary in my case.

Hi, so you only send certified copies of documents that needed to be translated. So for example, applicants from Mexico must send certified true copies, but their passport already has an English translation on it, so translating the passport wasn’t required, but the birth certificate was. For docs that aren’t in English you have to get the certified translation and that counts as being a certified true copy.
Yes, but the English translation that I'm gonna get with the certified translator... should I send it the exact paper with the stamps, or should I make copies of them, since we're not suppose to send originals? Not talking about the originals in a foreign language (those I know they have to be certified copies), but the english version I'm not so sure
You have to send the paper with the stamps which the certified translator gave it to you because that is the certified translation. You do not have to remove any stamp or seal. When I translated my documents, the certified translator who is also a lawyer, told me that I do not have to violate the document because migration will send it back and ask for a new one.

I translated my birth certificate and made a copy of the "translated document" and sent it. I didn't send originals for anything and I hope that's enough.
Firstly, I am not sure if you mean that "you" translated the documents because for sure migration will not accept it. You can read it in the complete guide: "Important information: Translations must not be done by the applicants themselves nor by an applicant’s parent, guardian, sibling, spouse, common-law partner, conjugal partner, grandparent, child, aunt, uncle, niece, nephew or first cousin." Secondly, the certified translation document has to be sent exactly as the translator gave it to you, because it is the certified translation. Thirdly, it depends on your country requirements, but sometimes they ask for original (the original copy that the government gave you of your document) and certified documents, not copies that you can print online. This is what you can read in the complete guide, also, before sending my application, I hired a lawyer to review my package and he told me what it is required to send to migration office.
