YES, for citizenship she will have to provide a proof of english proficiency.

I called them and they told me they processinng 8th April applications i was curious , she cant find my file in the system she said maybe my file is on my way back to me ill wait an see

Keep the faith I am sure they are just delayed...I have seen some late March applicants getting their AOR the last couple of days...I think I am not even going to call them as it is going to stress me out thinking they might have returned it...

Me too. I have decided not to call them. They received my application on Apr 04. Waiting for the AOR letters, I am still happy.
